A funeral will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 21, 1995, in Ross Hollywood Chapel for Albert William Gaydon, who died Feb. 17 of causes related to age. He was 78.
Born Oct. 1, 1916, in Palmar, he graduated from Sandy High School in 1934. He worked for Nicolai Door Co. for more than 38 years and retired in 1978. In 1940 he married Esther E. Lewis.
In addition to his wife, survivors include his sons, Larry L. of Milwaukie and Jim A. of Beaverton; sisters, Ethel Stewart of Portland and Helen Irvin of Gresham; brother, Harry Berglund of Portland; and five grandchildren.
Interment in Douglass Cemetery.
