Resident of Soldiers Home Dayton Ohio admitted April 7, 1904 age 68 Married Jemima A. Arnold wife was next of kin. There was a notice if something happened to her that her son Fred W. Arnold of Cambridge Ohio be notified.
Also a note from the pension board his wife Jemima was only receive half.
His son Fred was notified by telegram and his wife Jemima was notified by mail of his death
