Mrs. Emma England Died at Her Home in Howard Dec. 27
Mrs. Emma Caldwell England, 71 years of age, and daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. P. C. Caldwell of Taylor county, died at her home in Howard Wednesday night, Dec. 27 at 11:15 o'clock. Mrs. England, widow of Mr. J. H. England, whose death occurred a few years ago, had been in ill health for several months.
She was a life-long citizen of Howard community and a member of the Horeb Baptist church since early childhood. Funeral services for Mrs. England were held at the Horeb Baptist church at 11 o'clock Friday morning. Rev. E. H Dunn, pastor of the Reynolds Baptist church, officiated. Interment was in the cemetery nearby. Mrs. England is survived by one sister, Miss Minnie S. Caldwell, of Howard. Also two nieces and four nephews, besides a host of friends and loved ones.
