Born September 26th, 1922 in Alabama, she was a daughter of the late Aubrey and Uner Acreman. A retired merchant in Oak Grove and a homemaker, Mrs. Ainsworth was of the Baptist faith.
In addition to her parents, her beloved husband, Russell Ainsworth, preceded her in death in 1997.
Survivors include four daughters, Betty Lou Hampton and husband, Butler, Louise Baletine and husband, Ollie, Shirley Ann Creech and husband, Andrew, and Wanda Kay Bogle and husband, Billy; 3 sons, James E. Ainsworth and wife, Ruby, Ronnie G. Ainsworth and wife, Nellie, and Bobby Ray Ainsworth and wife, Tammy; 21 grandchildren; and 41 great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends on Saturday evening from 5:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. at the Kilpatrick Funeral Home of West Monroe.
