Funeral services for Edith Stewart McDaniel were held Tuesday, April 20, at 3 p.m., at Shamrock Emanuel Gospel Church, with Rev. H. E. Crenwelge, and sister Peggy Marcell officiating. Burial was at Rocky Mount Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home.
She is survived by her husband, Mr. Sidney McDaniel of Robeline; three daughters, Maggie Jordan of Robeline, Betty Perot of Haughton, Patsy Hennigan of Robeline; a brother, Gary (Buddy) Stewart of Houston, Tex.; two sisters, Doris Chance of Many, and Eddie Lou Stewart of Hornbeck; four grandchildren, Wayne Webb, Bilbert Jordan, Renee Hailey, Beverly Boatman; one great granddaughter; three great grandchildren; four nieces; 10 nephews; and a host of friends.
