Marjorie Olive Jacobson, 80, of Little Lake, Michigan, died at Marquette General Hospital following a lengthy illness.

The former Marjorie Olive Branam was born August 20, 1924, in Kalkaska, Michigan.

She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary Post 349 of Little Lake.

Survivors include her husband of 57 years, Leonard C. Jacobson, whom she married September 2, 1947; she was a mother to Harvey C. Peters and grandmother to Austin C. Peters of Gwinn; 2 brothers, Lonnie Branam of Marquette and Charles Branam of Menominee; 2 sisters, Eleonore (Joseph) LaChance of Little Lake and Deloris Ring of Columbian, Ohio; and several nieces and nephews.

An infant son, Alan, sister, Bernice Peters and brother, Keneth Branam preceded her in death.
