Jim Finney was born in Oklahoma Indian Territory to James Scott Finney and Adeline Jones. Served in U.S. Army in WWI.His life was that of an Arizona cowboy until he bacame a law officer and Arizona Cattle Inspector for Navajo County and the City of Show Low. He served in that position for 32 years.
