The Progress, Clearfield, Pa., December 11, 1954, p. 10, Area Deaths - MILES BEERS - FALLEN TIMBER - Miles BEERS, 80, a life-long resident of Fallen Timber died at Ebensburg yesterday. He was a son of William and Mary O'Shell BEERS, born in Wisconsin Jan. 6, 1874. He was a member of the Hollentown Pentecostal Church. He is survived by his wife, Mary Glass BEERS, and two sons, Clair of Fallen Timber and Denver of Blandburg. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. tomorrow with Rev. Russel Welch officiating. Interment will be made in the Beaver Valley Cemetery. Friends may call at the Bell Funeral Home, Coalport, from 2 o'clock this afternoon until time of services tomorrow.
