Mack was born Aug. 2, 1922, to Charles and Artie Ables Blasius on the family farm on the Red River in Ringgold. Mother and father divorced in about 1924 and her mother remarried Mr. McCracken. She married Ray Fenoglio on Dec. 7, 1941, at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Henrietta. She was a charter member of Bowie Memorial Hospital Auxiliary and an active worker. She served as chairwoman of the American Heart Association for Montague for over 35 years. She was a past president and held every office of the St. William Altar Society. She was active in PTA and held every office in that organization. In 1983, Mack helped form and finance the Miss Montague County Scholarship Pageant and opened a boutique with her daughter, Glenna. She had been a member of the church choir and was presently active in St. William Catholic Church, where she was a lay minister. She was a former recipient of the St. William Outstanding Parishioner Award. Mack sent food and took care of the sick and poor most of her life. She had a deep sense of compassion for the needy. Her kitchen and home were always open to friends and family. Breakfast was a daily ritual for grandchildren, family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ray Fenoglio; parents; daughter, Judy Keck; brother, Tinker Blasius; and great-grandson, Christopher Hamilton.
Survivors: Her daughter, Glenna Clay and husband, Bill, of Montague; sons, Donald Ray Fenoglio and Tommy Fenoglio of Montague; grandsons, Donnie Fenoglio, Darren Fenoglio, Tony Fenoglio, Heathe Heller, Brady Fenoglio and Steven Clay; granddaughters, Dena Tomlinson, Kyla Hamilton, Koni Jones, Dede Coffman, Angela Kleinhans and Sommer Heller; special friend, Becky Dickson and her children, Brooke and Todd; brother, Bill McCracken; and sisters, Freddie Bingham, Sissy Weaver, Mary Frances Reed, Evelyn Marks, Jean Zeller and Carolyn Hubbard.
