Roscoe Peddicord, Ex-Hobart City Attorney, Dies
HOBART--Roscoe Peddicord, 79, of 600 Main St., Hobart lawyer and former Hobart city attorney, died Friday afternoon in Mercy Hospital, Gary.
Services will be held at 1 p.m. Monday from the Linton and McColly Glen Park Funeral Home, Broadway and 43rd St., Gary, with the Rev. Walter Wilson officiating. Burial will be in Crown Hill Cemetery, Hobart.
Peddicord is survived by his wife, Ellwyn; a son, Jarvis of Hobart, present Hobart city attorney; two brothers, Harold and Orlie of Mt. Orab, Ohio; and two sisters, Mrs. Vernon King and Mrs. Ward Purdum, both of Dayton, Ohio.
