Washburn Death

Another Veteran Gone
George Washburn, son of the late Dr. Abram Washburn, died at his home in Terre Haute of Asthma, Wednesday morning. Mr. Washburn was born in Clark County and was seventy years old. He is survived by one sister, Miss Elizabeth, and numerous other relatives. Mr. Washburn was a member of Company F. 30th Ill. Infantry, enlisting August 16, 1861 and serving to the end of the war. The funeral takes place at Terre Haute this morning at 10:30. Burial in Highland Lawn Terre Haute.
