Clara Marie Vaughan
LUBBOCK - Clara Marie Vaughan, 84, died Wednesday at a local hospital.
Services were Monday at Caprock Church of Christ with Danny Dow officiating. Burial was in Old Runnels Cemetery in Winters, directed by Resthaven Funeral Home.
Mrs. Vaughan was born in Teague and moved to Lubbock from Winters in 1981. She was a nurse and a member of Caprock Church of Christ. She married Ercel Vaughan in 1930 in Ballinger.
Survivors include her husband of Lubbock; one daughter, Nita Terry of Lubbock; four sons, Arlen Vaughan of Ballinger, Pat Vaughan of El Cajon, Calif., Gary Vaughan of Penreath, Australia, and Jim Vaughan of Abilene; 13 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to Caprock Church of Christ.
