Mrs. Nora Pierce Dies At San Antonio,Tex.Wednseday Morning
Mrs.Nora Pierce died this morning(Wednesday)at 7:15 in San Antonio.She is the daughter of the late Mr.and Mrs. J.A.Guerry;a member of the First Methodist Church,when this was her home.She owned and operated The Elite Cafe until a few months ago,when she went to San Antonio. Mrs.Pierce is survived by one son,Raymond Pierce of The Great Lakes Naval Training Station,Chicago;one daughter, Mrs.S.F. Gilbreath and three granddaughters:Ann, Frances, and Patsy Sue Gilbreath of San Antonio.The body will be brought to Weatherford,and funeral services,conducted by Rev.E.R Stanford and will be held Thursday at 2:00p.m.at the White Funeral Home with burial in Oakland Cemetery.
