Louis B. McIntosh, 89, Shreveport, LA, passed away Thursday, July 12, 2007. Services will be at Centuries Memorial Funeral Home at 11 a.m. Monday, July 16, 2007. Lou was born on November 20, 1917, in Indianapolis to William Bell and Anna Alexander McIntosh. After serving in the Army Air Corps during WWII, he returned to Indianapolis and married Dorothy Louise Blakeslee. He and his family moved to Shreveport in 1970 with Western Electric. He was an active long-time member of the Lifetime Telephone Pioneers.

Lou is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Dottie and their four children, Lou, Jr., (Paula) of Indianapolis, Marcia Black (Mike) of Milford, MI, Lori O'Connor (Michael) of Shreveport and Glenn (fiance;e Chris Walsh) of Shreveport. He is also survived by five grandchildren: Jeff, Vicki, Jill, Mike and Matt, two great-grandchildren and nephew, Roger McIntosh.
