Killing In Unicoi
Bristol, Tenn., Feb 5--News has been received here of a tragedy at Erwin, Tenn. Ernest Miller, the young son of B. H. Miller, a wealthy banker of Pulaski, Va., shot and killed Luther Keever, a young man of prominent family in Unicoi County. Keever is said to have been intoxicated, and made an attack on Miller with brass knucks.
Miller was released from custody last evening, being under bond in $1000 to appear in court. He was represented by Joseph C. Wysor, a noted criminal lawyer of Virginia. Young Miller came to Tennessee recently to accept a position with the South & Western railway.
