He was a former resident of Riverside from when he was a small child until 1955. George was born July 15, 1916 in Suisun, CA to his parents, Carl and Louise (Hudson) Ohlhausen. George was Vice President of Precision Engineers. He loved hunting, fishing, gardening and was an avid NASCAR fan. He served in the U.S. Navy during WWII. George is survived by his sons, George S. Ohlhausen, Medford, OR and Lyn Potts; daughters, Martha Nieuwland, Newnan, GA and Georgia England, Mt. Vernon, IL; sisters, Nelda VanHorn, Riverside, CA and Audrey Shawler, Newport Beach, CA; 11 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Carolyn; a son, Danny; a brother, Sherman; a grandson, Robert James Michael Midkiff.
