Samuel A. Browning Dies, Services Today
Samuel Allen Browning, 29, of 624 N. 22nd St., died at his home yesterday after an extended illness. Browning, a member of the Baptist church, was a lifelong resident of this community.
The body is at the Rabenhorst Funeral home where funeral services will be held at 1:45 p.m., today. Church services will follow at the Sandy Creek Baptist church at 3 p.m. with the Rev. Hall officiating. Interment will be in the church cemetery.
Browning is survived by his mother, Mrs. Grace Browning, of Baton Rouge; one brother, Amos Browning of Baton Rouge; two sisters, Mrs. Harry Price of Miami, Fla., and Mrs. Charles Spinosa of Baton Rouge.
