Marjorie Sheppard Little, 91, of Gridley died Sept. 26, 2007, at Biggs-Gridley Memorial Hospital in Gridley.
Born in Gridley, she was a lifelong Mid-Valley resident, also living in Live Oak.
She was a homemaker.
Also, she was a member of the Gridley Good Timers and a lifelong member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Gridley Third Ward.
Survivors include her husband, Jesse Little of Gridley; two sons, John DeRee of Gridley and Donald DeRee of Whiteside, Ore.; a sister, Dottie Jensen of Montana; and three grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a son, Charles DeRee.
Donations may be made the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints History Center and left in care of Gridley-Block Funeral Chapel, 679 Ohio St., Gridley, CA 95948.
Services Visitation is from 5 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Gridley-Block Funeral Chapel in Gridley. A graveside service is at 10 a.m. Monday at Gridley-Biggs Cemetery, 2023 Highway 99, Gridley. Gary Little of the Church of Latter-day Saints, Liberty Ward, will officiate.
