Graveside services for Mary Cox-Cole, 102, of Snyder will be at 10 a.m today in Lamesa Cemetery with the Rev. Gerald Parsons officiating.

Arrangements are under the direction of Branon Funeral Home.

She died Thursday, Nov. 2, 2000, at Cogdell Memorial Hospital in Snyder.

She was born Sept. 22, 1898, in Turtle Creek, Dallas County. She moved from Dallas to Dawson County in 1923. She served in the Women's Army Corps during World War II. After the war she attended nursing school in Lubbock and worked as a licensed vocational nurse in Lamesa, Albany and the Abilene area.

Survivors include two daughters, Bernice Felton of Harlingen and Sue Beal of Gail; six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.
