Mae Lichty, 88, of Rockwood RD 1, died January 1, 1994 at Meyersdale Community Hospital. Born Oct. 26, 1805 in Black Township, she was a daughter of the late Jacob W. and Minerva (Judy) Burkholder. She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Marie (Lichty) Lee of Meyersdale; two sons: Daniel Lichty of Irvin and Willard Lichty of Rockwood RD 1; 10 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Charles Lichty, Sr; a daughter, Blanche Tomlerilli, and a son, Charles Lichty, Jr. Friends were received Sunday at the Willliam J. Wood Funeral Home, Rockwood, where services were held Monday. The Rev. Jay Christner officiating. Interment, Center Church Cemetery, Garrett RD 1.
