She was born in East Liverpool Oct. 20, 1942, a daughter of Frank M. Buckley and Ruth V. Drane Buckley of Wellsville.
A registered nurse, Mrs. Frederick had been employed at City Hosipital and more recently at the Extended Care Center, and was a member of the Calvary United Methodisy Church. She had graduated from the East Liverpool High School in 1960, and City Hospital School of Nursing in 1963.
Besides per parents, she is survived by her husband, James R. Frederick, at home; two sons, Kevin J. Frederick and Andrew W. Frederick, at home; and a sister, Mrs. Donald (Susan)Heaton of Wellsville.
The Rev. Doris Prichard of Chagrin Falls, former pastor at the Calvary Church is to conduct services Wednesday at 11 a.m. at the Dawson Funeral home.
Burial is to be in Riverview Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home Tuesday afternoon and evening.
