Arthur Suel Apple was the son of Franklin Pierce Apple and Nancy Ann Fields. Born and raised in Texas, he married Emma Nydia Eoff, the daughter of John Calvin Eoff and Mary Lemore Bridgewater, June 15, 1918 in Greenville, Hunt Co, Texas. They were the parents of Horace Apple (d. infancy) and Mary Ruth (Apple) McGee.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Sunset Memorial Gardens. Born August 8. 1896 in Fannin County, he was married to Emma Eoff on June 15, 1918 in Greenville. He has been an Odessa resident since 1945, when he moved here from Greenville and was a retired maintenance man at Odessa College.
