Mrs. Matilda Nonemaker died at her home near Three Springs, this county, on Wednesday evening April 7th 1915, at 9:25 o'clock, of pneumonia, after a brief illness.

She was the daughter of John and Elizabeth Lamberson, both deceased, and was born in Springfield township, near Three Springs, on May 27, 1839. She was united in marriage to George Nonemaker, on October 30, 1866, and resided nearly all her life on the old homestead where she passed away. She was a lifelong member of the Walnut Grove Church of God.

She is survived by her husband, and the following sons and daughters, Clement L. and George W. Nonemaker, and Mrs. F. A. Nail, of Altoona; Rev. Cyrus Seymour Nonemaker, of Lakemont; Mrs. N. E. Roher, of Juniata; and Mrs. Julia G. Madden, of Meadow Gap. Two brothers are living, Abraham Lamberson of Mt. Union, and George Lamberson of Josephine, Indiana county.

Funeral services were held Sunday forenoon in Cherry Grove church, with interment in the church cemetery.
