BLANKENSHIP Richard Lewis, age 41, of Eufaula, passed away Fri., Oct. 8, 1999. Born August 14, 1958 in Del City, OK to A.Q. "Pete" and Willa Dean Blankenship. He was a member of the 1st Southern Baptist Church. His survivors include his parents, Johnny F. and Deanne Blankenship Christy of Eufaula, OK; 2 daughters, Amy Blankenship of Montgomery, AL, Kelli Blankenship of Albuquerque, NM; 1 sister, Beverly McKusick of Poway, CA; 4 aunts, Cecile Giles of Eufaula, OK, Ann Elliot of Beaumont, TX, Evelyn Ewing of Owasso, OK, and Jean King of Altus, OK; 1 uncle, Herbert Blankenship of Eufaula, OK. He is also survived by a host of other relatives and friends. Richard was preceded in death by his father, A.Q. "Pete" Blankenship. Services will be 2:00 Tuesday, at Bill Eisenhour Southeast Chapel with internment at Arlington Cemetery.
