Denver D. Swain, 71, of North Detroit Avenue, died Wednesday in Riverside Hospital. He was a casting machine operator 10 years for Gerity Schultz, Inc., retiring in 1982. He was an Army veteran of World War II and the widower of Martha Swain. Surviving are his daughter, Mrs. Paulette Tabbert; sons, Daniel, Donald and Denver, Jr. sisters, rs. Audrey White and Mrs Hazel Pierce; seven grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
