Estacada, Or., April 19.- (Special.) William H. Kandle, 72, of Estacada died yesterday in Good Samaritan hospital, Portland, as the result of a fall from a scaffolding at his home, in which he suffered a fractured skull. He was born at Springwater, Or. Besides the widow, who survives, he is survived by two children from a former marriage, Mrs. V. Duus of Antelope and Charles Kandle of Garibaldi. Funeral services will be held here Monday afternoon.
