Ballinger - Mary Jessie Caudle Jobe, 75, of Ballinger, died Saturday, Nov. 25, 2006 in a San Angelo Hospital. Graveside services were held Tuesday, Nov. 28, 2006 at Evergreen Cemetery in Ballinger with Lynn Smith officiating.

She was born Feb. 22, 1931 in Ballinger to Ted Porter Caudle and Avis Adeline Whitley Caudle.

She married Benny Jobe in Ballinger on Nov. 1, 1948.

She retired from Texas Instruments and was a homemaker. She was a member of First Christian Church and loved hunting, fishing and golf.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Ted W. Caudle.

Survivors include her husband, Benny Joe Jobe of Ballinger; a son, Bobby Jobe and wife Susie of Midland; three sisters, Dorothy Black of Big Spring, Ota Belle Clifton of Ballinger and Jean Haupt of Rockdale; grandson.
