Funeral services for Clifford Chester Whitaker, 64, of Lancaster were held Thursday at Mumaw Funeral Home in Lancaster. Rev. Murray McNeill conducted the services. Interment was in Joshua Memorial Cemetery. He was born on December 20, 1895 in Los Angeles and died on March 14, 1960 at White Memorial Hospital in Los Angeles. He was a retired alfalfa farmer. Survivors include his widow, Mary Louise (Edwards) Whitaker; his daughter, Marilynn Louise Wallace of Houston, Texas; and his brother, Edward Howard Whitaker of Yucaipa.
