At age 4, her father George became bed ridden with cancer. She was given the task of seeing to his needs until he passed away 4 years later. Mom Smith was a kind, hard working sole all her life. A farmer, cook, seamstress, mother, and caregiver, each task was preformed with pride and perfection. We loved her dearly. Truely a wonderful Grandmother.
