Anna Lucinda Tull Turner of Federalsburg, went to meet the Lord on Thursday, August 14, 2008 at her home. She was 95.

She was born August 11, 1913 in Federalsburg, the daughter of the late James Alfred Fishell and Mary Elizabeth Watson Fishell.

She was preceded in death by her husbands, John Medford Tull and Elbert F. Turner.

She was a member of First Church of God in Federalsburg.

She was a homemaker. She enjoyed baking pies and was well known for her cooking. She enjoyed flowers and making arrangements.

Anna is survived by two grandsons, Michael Tull of Delmar, MD, Marvin Tull and his wife Melissa of Delmar, DE, a daughter-in-law, Barbara Tull of Delmar, MD, three great-grandchildren, Scott Wayne Tull, Emily Faye Tull, Matthew Carson Tull all of Delmar, DE, two sisters, Cecelia Hoffman of Denton, Agnes Patton and her husband, Jim of Milford, two special caregivers, Shirley Breeding and Bonnie Jefferson, and a host of nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her son, Medford John Tull, and three brothers, David Fishell, Floyd Fishell, and Adraian Fishell.

Funeral services Sunday, August 17, 2008 at 2pm at Framptom Funeral Home in Federalsburg. Interment Hillcrest Cemetery in Federalsburg. Friends called at the funeral home on Sunday, August 17, 2008, from 1pm to 2pm.
