Mrs. John Tarlton of New Salem township fell dead Sunday afternoon about five o'clock. Some neighbors were passing in a buggy and Mrs. Tarlton went out to talk with them. While standing by the buggy she fell dead. Heart disease is supposed to have been the cause. Mrs. Tarlton was fifty-nine years old and is survived by her husband and four sons and six daughters, all grown.
