Lillie was the daughter of Harry Gosney and Martha Essie Combs, Banks, Gosney, Newell. She was born in Kenton County Kentucky. In 1958 she married Ronald Rowland and had 2 children. Lillie worked hard all of her life to provide for her family. She always took care of others especially her husband, mother and children. She enjoyed crocheting, country music, dancing and was always ready for a shopping trip with her daughter Tina. She is always on her families minds and forever in their hearts.
