Miss Ora Post, 39, died at 6
o'clock last evening at the home
of her mother, Mrs. Verna" Post, on
Jesse's run, near Jane Lew, following'
a year's illness of a complication
of diseases.
Miss Post came of a family of
pioneers and was distantly re-lated to the late Melville Davisson Post.
Her grandfather, John
Post, was one of the early settlers
of Lewis county. Miss Post spent
all her life in the home in which
her grandfather and her father,
J. Ed Post, both farmers, lived and
died. Her father died about five
years ago.
Surviving relatives include the
mother and two sisters, Mrs.
Blanche Johnson, Columbus, 0.,
and Mrs. Porter Arnold, Lost
Creek.
Funeral services will be held at
2 o'clock tomorrow afternoon at
Jesse's Run Methodist Protestant
church, with the pastor of the Berlin
church of the denomination officiating.
Burial will be made in
the Jesse's run church cemetery.
