Greensburg Attorney Succumbs
Paul J. Abraham, widely-known Greensburg attorney and member of the Tri-City Municipal Authority that operates Latrobe Airport, died Sunday morning in Westmoreland Hospital, Greensburg.
Active In Many Areas
A member of the law firm of Wyant and Abraham, Mr. Abraham was active in a variety of civic and fraternal oganizations, including the Rotary Club, Boy Scouts and Masonic orders. He received the Silver Star for courage and gallantry in action during World War I and served as aide-de-camp to Gen. Joseph C. Castner.
He was a graduate of California State College, Bucknell University and the University of Pittsburgh Law School.
Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Caroline Lauffer Abraham; one daughter, Mrs.- Byron Hale Delavan of Canadaigna, N. Y.; one grandson and three sisters, Mrs. L. G. Chorpenning, Miss Sara Abraham and Mrs. H. L. Morgan, all of Uniontbwn.
Friends At Late Home
Friends are being received from 3 to 5 and 7 to 10 at his late home, 536 North Maple Ave., Greensburg. Services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday in the Greensburg First Methodist Church with the Rev. Kenneth P. Rutter officiating. Interment will be private in Brush Creek Cemetery.
