--Harmon, Absolom S., born in Kentucky, married in Sangamon county to Elzabeth Donner, daughter of George Donner. They had eight children in Sangamon county, and Mrs. H. died May 16, 1850 [sic]. The family moved to Libertyville, Iowa, where Mr. Harmon died, April 18 71.
--Donner, Elizabeth, born in Indiana, was married in Sangamon county, Ill, to Absolom Harmon. They had six or seven children, and reside near Libertyville, Jefferson County, Iowa. [Daughter of George Donner and his first wife. George Donner was of the infamous Donner Party.]
