Lillian Evelyn Vaughn Guest, 87, died Thursday at her residence in Brunswick.
The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at the United Pentecostal Church in Brunswick, with the Revs. Leon Guest, H.E. Wheatly and DeWitt Foster officiating. Burial will follow in the Chapel Park Cemetery
Pallbearers are James I. Guest, Harold E. Guest Jr., John Mark Grooms, Timothy L. Guest, Jeffrey S. Guest, Brian K. Guest, Jamie H. Guest and David Jason Franklin.
Honorary pallbearers are Claudette Wicker, Latesha Sams, Erica Johnson and the staff of Hospice of the Golden Isles in Brunswick.
The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday at Edo Miller and Sons Funeral Home.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Building Fund of the United Pentecostal Church or the Hospice of the Golden Isles.
Surviving are three daughters, Barbara E. Dickerson and Carolyn R. Franklin, both of Brunswick, and Lorenda E. Clendenen of Nahunta; three sons, James O. Guest of Hortense, Harold E. Guest Sr. of Waynesville and Leon I. Guest of Brunswick; and 22 grandchildren, 48 great-grandchildren, 21 great-great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Guest was a native of Zanesville, Ohio and had resided in Brunswick for 70 years. She was a member of the United Pentecostal Church, a past Sunday school teacher and a past president of the Ladies Auxiliary.
