Mrs. Fred L. Berry, 64, 3335 Breckinridge Lane, died at 2:15 a.m. Friday at National Health Enterprises-Louisville.
She was the former, Madeline Ball, a Bedford, Ky., native. She was formerly of Eminence, Ky., and a member of St. Matthews United Methodist Church.
Survivors besides her husband include two daughers, Mrs. Kerry K. Cravens and Miss Diana R. Berry; a son, Thomas M. Berry and four grandchildren.
The funeral will be at 3 p.m. Saturday at Adkins-Radcliffe Funeral Home, La Grange, Ky., with burial in Eminence Cemetery.
The family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of contributions to the American Cancer Society.
