The death of Max C. Heusler, aged 61 years, occurred at his home, 216 Hamilton Street, yesterday noon after an illness of about one week. He is survived by four sons, Theodore, Frederick, Otto and Samuel Heusler all of Geneva. He also leaves two daughters, Mrs. W. S. Hoot of Canton, N.Y., and Mrs. Stanley Keinert of Rochester; two brothers, Emil Heusler of Burton, Texas and Robert Heusler of Poland. The funeral will take place at 2:30 o'clock, Wednesday afternoon. Rev. Edward E. Rife will officiate and burial will be in Glenwood Cemetery. (Geneva Daily Times, September 10, 1923)
