Mrs. Mollie Gilvin Dies of Sharpsburg
Mrs. Mollie Gilvin, 68 years old, wife of Robert Lee Gilvin whom she married in 1906, of near Sharpsburg, died Saturday afternoon, August 12, at the St. Joseph's hospital at Lexington, where she was taken a few days before for treatment.
Besides her husband, she is survived by four sons and seven daughters. She was a member of the Methodist church and a woman of fine character.
Funeral services were held at the residence Monday afternoon, followed by burial in Crown Hill cemetery.
Mary A. "Mollie" (nee: Ervine) Gilvin died of a coronary thrombosis she suffered on July 29, 1939 at the age of 68 yrs.. Mollie's first marriage in 1891 was to James T. Bromagen Born:1869 Died:1906.
