DOUGLAS JOHN KAISER
45, 1503 Clifton Avenue, died unexpectedly on May 30, 1993, in his residence. He was born in Springfield, Ohio, November 27, 1947, the son of Grace (Latimer) Durig and the late Norbert N. Kaiser. He attended Fellowship Christian Church and was a Vietnam War Veteran, serving with United States Navy aboard the USS Bexar and also with the United States Navy Seals on the Mekong Delta. In addition to his mother and step-father, Richard Durig of Zenia, Ohio, his survivors are, one brother, Theodore L., with whom he resided; two aunts, Mary Gordon, Springfield and Marie Latimer, Hightstown, New Jersey; one uncle, Stanley Latimer; one niece, Sarah Kaiser; one nephew, Christopher Kaiser, all of Springfield. Friends may call in the Conroy Funeral Home from 6-8 p.m. on Wednesday. Services will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday in the funeral home with Reverend David Glauner, officiating. Burial will be in Ferncliff Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to Diabetes Association.
