US Congressman. Also known as Jefferson Davis Brodhead. He was admitted to the bar in 1881 and commenced practice in Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania. He was elected to Congress as a Democrat from Pennsylvania, serving from 1907 to 1909. Defeated for reelection in 1908, he resumed the practice of law in South Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. He was the son of Senator Richard Brodhead.
