Wife of S.F. Morphis. Permelia's maiden name was McCracin (or McCracken). There were four children who lived to be adults. Green Berry was oldest and fought in the Civil War and has a child buried here in this cemetery. Green Berry went west "in a wagon train" to OK and we have never found anything on him except his wife's name and the info about the child. Thomas E, buried here at Wentworth Presbyterian Church. Robert William buried in the Mobley-Ratliffe Cemetery on Ashley Loop Road near Wentworth and Virginia who married William Thomas Oakley and is buried in the Greenview Cemetery in Reidsville, NC.
