He was born in Washington County a son of the late Harry and Josephine Ferguson Bragunier.
He was a retired electrician at the Navy Yard in Washington.
He was a member of the Anacostia Lodge 21 of the A.F. and A.M., in Washington, and of the Thurmont United Methodist Church.
He is survived by his wife, Mildred Baker Bragunier; one son, Howard W. Bragunier of Thurmont; three grandchildren; two brothers, Walter Bragunier, Jacksonville, Fla., and Raleigh Bragunier, Waynesboro, Pa.; and one sister, Mrs. George Moritz, Gettysburg, Pa.
The body is at the Creager Funeral Home in Thurmont where friends may call today after 7p.m.
Services will be at the funeral home Thursday at 2 p.m. His pastor, the Rev. Robert Braden, will officiate.
Interment will be in the United Brethren Cemetery in Thurmont.
His lodge will conduct graveside services.
