Buna Margaret Petty Easler, 82, of Rt. 10, widow of Bonner L. Easler, died Wednesday morning in Spartanburg General Hospital after a long illness. Native of Spartanburg Co.; daughter of the late William and Jane Arthur Petty; retired grocer; member of Mount Pleasant Baptist Church. Surviving: daughters, Mrs. Gladys Malone of Summerville, Mrs. Mabel Blanton, Mrs. Stella Wood, Mrs. Sarah Tolleson, Mrs. Mattie Lee Adair and Mrs. Patricia Hewitt of Spartanburg; sons, Guy, Harley, and Raymond Easler of Spartanburg; brothers, T.T. Petty of Spartanburg and J. Hoyt Petty of Glen Haven, Fla.; 18 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren. Services 3:30 Friday at Mount Pleasant Baptist Church by the Revs. Charles Thrower and Paul Hayes; burial in church cemetery. Pallbearers: Larry Wood, Terry Malone, Dean Blanton and Dennis Easler, Wayne and Michael Tolleson and Ricky Adair. Family will receive friends 7-9 tonight at Floyd's Greenlawn Chapel.
