Born March 25, 1922 in Saxon, West Virginia, she was a daughter of Dewey Blaine Stewart and Pink McGinnis Stewart Halliwell and wife of Wilmer Lee Rorrer. Other than her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Ronald Lee Pilley; three brothers, Dewey Gene Stewart, Elery Glenn Stewart, William Doff Stewart and one sister, Beulah Stewart.
Mrs. Rorrer was a member of Lower Creek Baptist Church.
She was a member of the Eastern Star, Red Hats and was a Pink Lady volunteer with the Veteran's Hospital.
Burial will follow in Blue Ridge Memorial Park.
