BROWNSVILLE, Tenn. — Charles Cecil Cobb, 57, died Thursday at 2:50 p.m. at his residence in the Holly Grove community from a stroke.
Funeral services will be heldtoday at 3 p.m. at Brownsville Funeral Home with burial in Holly Grove Cemetery. Rev. Bill Davie, assisted by Mr. Cobb's son-in-law, Rev. R. T. Welch Jr. of Covington will officiate.
Mr. Cobb is survived by his wife, Mrs. Lois Cobb; two sons, Lyle Cobb of Memphis and Dean Cobb of the Holly Grove community, three daughters, Mrs. Roy J. Simpson of Brownsville, Mrs. R. T. Welch Jr. of Covington and Ginger Cobb of Holly Grove; two brothers, Carey T. Cobb of Holly Grove and Paul H. Cobb. of Jackson; one sister. Mrs. Sammy Kail of Bells and three grandchildren.
