Mabel was born in Groton, S.D., on Aug. 16, 1907. She moved to Roundup on May 17, 1917, and then moved to Great Falls on Sept. 25, 1929.
On her 100th birthday, she said she prided herself on being the first in three generations of her family to make it to 100.
She was preceded in death by her husbands George Alzheimer and Earl Howard.
Burial of ashes will take place in Manchester Cemetery.
