Mrs. Jane Trenary, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James Senter, was born in the year of 1822 and died January 1, 1908; her age being 85 years, 2 months and 2 days.
She professed faith in Christ when 17 years of age and joined the New Hope Baptist Church in 1876.
The deceased was first united in matrimony to Jonathan Owens. Two children survive her and hosts of friends.
Funeral services were conducted by Rev. H. L. Mounce of Petersburg. Interment in the Concord Cemetery.
