Aaron Wesley Eoff was the second child born to Garret Eoff and Nancy Ann Darby, the former a native of New York and the latter a native of Ohio. He apparently died before 1850 and is buried in Darby Cemetery. He had siblings Adriann Eoff (d. age 23) Andrew Jackson Eoff (d.y.), John G Eoff (d.y.) and Florence Augusta (Eoff) Galloway. Through his mother's second marriage to Hamilton Jefferson, he had a half-sister, Cincinnati "Nattie" Jefferson. Garret Eoff, who died in 1855, was a tavern keeper.
