Jacqueline DeBusk, 77, of Shelbyville died Tuesday, Jan. 15, 2008, at Ashford Place Health Campus.
Born Nov. 19, 1930, in Shelbyville, she was the daughter of Ervin Guy and Geneva Spellman.
Survivors include her daughter, Judy Wilkinson of Shelbyville; sons, Dean Johns of Texas, Bob Williams of Kansas and Gary Bullard of Seymour; two granddaughters; three great-grandchildren; and one great-great-granddaughter.
She was preceded in death by her sons, Neil Bullard and Michael Johns, three brothers and one sister.
Mrs. DeBusk was a homemaker.
Her hobbies included bingo and fishing.
Visitation will be from 9 to 11 a.m. Friday at Murphy-Parks Funeral Service, 703 S. Harrison St.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Burial will be in Milford Cemetery in Decatur County.
